If the error occurs when downloading an image, the issue is most likely related to the image size: verify that your image isn’t too big for the upload.

  • Verify you’re not using a VPN (disable it if you are)

1. Go to Album Section

Navigate to the Album tab in the left sidebar.

Use the filter options to refine your search:
  • Date range (last 7 days, month, custom)
  • Product type (sofa, chair, table, etc.)
  • Team member (filter by who created the image)

3. Export or Reuse

Once found, you can:
  • Download the image again
  • Reuse the prompt for new generations
  • Share with your team
